Agreement to these Terms

These Terms govern your access to gpt2link.com, any API we make available, and pages or other digital assets created, uploaded, hosted, or shared through the service (together, the “Service”). In these Terms, “GPT2Link,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the Service.

By accessing or using GPT2Link, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any plan or promotional terms shown to you when you purchase or use a feature. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. In that case, “you” includes the organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not knowingly upload their personal information without lawful authorization.

What the Service does

The Service lets you upload supported browser-side content and other digital assets and make them available through a public URL. Supported content may include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, media, forms, downloadable files, and requests to third-party services. The Service does not provide user-controlled server-side code execution, databases, or background processes.

Some basic features may be available without an account. Account holders may receive an admin panel through which they can manage, publish, unpublish, restore, or delete eligible assets. We may apply file-size, traffic, storage, feature, geographic, page, or rate limits, including limits shown in the product or applicable plan.

Free pages are temporary and remain available only for the period displayed in the product. Paid pages may remain hosted while the applicable paid plan remains active, all fees are paid, and the page complies with these Terms and our policies. References to long-term or ongoing hosting do not mean that hosting is permanent, irrevocable, or guaranteed for life.

The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. A page may be unavailable, suspended, or removed because of technical limits, security measures, legal requests, policy enforcement, maintenance, nonpayment, or events outside our reasonable control. The Service is not archival storage, a backup service, or a confidential delivery method. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of User Content.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, account recovery methods, deletion credentials, and any API credentials, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe that your account or credentials have been compromised.

You may not share access in a way that exceeds your plan, sell or transfer an account without our permission, or use another person’s account without authorization. We may require reasonable verification before restoring access, changing account details, or acting on a sensitive request.

Public pages and active content

A generated URL is public. Anyone who receives or discovers it may view, copy, download, or redistribute the page and its contents. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, payment-card data, confidential information, regulated data, or personal information that you are not authorized to make public.

Submitted content may contain scripts, forms, links, media, downloads, and requests to third-party services. Those features can create security and privacy risks. You are responsible for the code, content, data collection, and destinations you submit, including providing legally required notices and obtaining any necessary consents from page visitors. We may sandbox, block, rewrite, scan, label, or disable features or content, and we do not promise that every feature will work.

Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you have in the HTML, text, images, scripts, files, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights and permissions needed to submit, host, display, process, and make User Content public, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other right.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, cache, display, scan, and technically modify User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, enforce, and improve the Service; respond to reports and legal obligations; and exercise rights described in these Terms. This license ends when the content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to the retention described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service for unlawful content or activity; abuse or exploitation; malware; phishing; credential capture; fraud; impersonation; unwanted tracking; doxxing; infringement; deceptive interfaces; unauthorized access; evasion of security controls; interference with the Service; or activity that creates unreasonable risk to GPT2Link, its users, or others.

Strictly prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate content; terrorist or extremist material; credible threats; unlawful hate or harassment; unlawful or gratuitously graphic violence; illegal goods or services; fraud; phishing; malware; copyrighted works uploaded without authorization; unlawfully disclosed private data; and content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

You may not imply that a user-hosted page was created, reviewed, endorsed, sponsored, or guaranteed by GPT2Link, OpenAI, or any other third party. You may not remove or circumvent security warnings, labels, attribution, reporting mechanisms, or other notices applied by the Service.

Plans, fees, automatic renewal, and cancellation

GPT2Link may offer a free tier, individually hosted pages, subscription packages, and other paid plans. The current price, billing interval, included number of pages or links, limits, taxes, and other material terms will be disclosed in the product or at checkout. Product offerings and limits may change over time.

Paid plans automatically renew for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the next renewal date. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for each renewal, including applicable taxes. If we change a recurring price, we will provide any notice required by law before the new price applies. If payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend, unpublish, restrict, or terminate the affected plan or pages.

You may cancel through the account controls made available in the Service or by using the contact method stated below. Unless applicable law requires cancellation to take effect earlier, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, you retain the paid benefits until then, and you will not be charged for the next period. Where applicable consumer law requires earlier cancellation, a refund, or a credit, we will comply with that law.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. You may nevertheless contact us about exceptional circumstances, and we may grant a refund or credit at our discretion. This discretion does not limit any mandatory legal right.

We may offer free trials, discounts, credits, or promotions from time to time. Any additional eligibility, duration, conversion, renewal, or cancellation terms will be disclosed with the offer. Trials convert to paid plans only where disclosed and permitted by applicable law. Promotional benefits have no cash value and may expire.

API and automated access

If we provide an API or automated workflow, you must follow its documentation and limits, protect credentials, and ensure that an authorized person or system accepts the current Terms and policies. You may not bypass rate limits, security checks, reporting controls, product notices, or access restrictions. We may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue automated access at any time.

Expiry, deletion, and retention

The product timer describes how long a free page is intended to be served; it is not a promise that every copy of every related record is erased at that exact moment. When a page expires or a valid deletion succeeds, we stop serving it from the active Service and follow the retention practices described here and in the Privacy Policy.

When paid hosting ends because of cancellation, expiry, downgrade, or unresolved payment failure, the affected pages will be unpublished. If you have an account, we generally retain the account and its remaining assets in a non-public recovery state for 120 days so that you can manage them or, where eligible, renew and republish them. We may act sooner if you request deletion or if safety, security, legal, or policy reasons require it. Restoration is not guaranteed, and you should keep your own copies.

Account holders may use available admin controls to delete individual assets or close their account. A deletion is complete only after the Service confirms that it was received and processed server-side. Losing a browser session, account access, deletion token, or URL may prevent you from using an early-delete feature.

After the recovery period, we may close the inactive account and delete its remaining assets from active systems. Limited records or copies may remain for longer in caches, logs, backups, fraud-prevention systems, security systems, payment records, or restricted abuse and legal evidence when reasonably necessary and lawful. We do not guarantee recovery of expired or deleted content.

Third-party services and advertising

User Content may link to, embed, or load services operated by others. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, security, privacy, terms, advertising, or content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents for third-party requests initiated by your page.

Payments and other features may be provided through third-party service providers and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of use.

The Service may introduce advertising, sponsorships, promoted content, or other commercial features in the future. We will provide any notice or choice required by law. The presence of advertising does not mean that GPT2Link endorses the advertiser, product, or destination.

GPT2Link rights

The Service, excluding User Content, is owned by GPT2Link or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted by implication.

“OpenAI” and “ChatGPT” are trademarks of their respective owner. GPT2Link is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.

Reports, removal, and enforcement

You may report abuse, infringement, or other unlawful content through gpt2link-abuse@usecanal.dev. Our Abuse & Copyright Policy may specify information required for a report and any available appeal process.

We may investigate, restrict, disable, preserve, or remove content; unpublish pages; limit or block access; suspend or close accounts; share information as permitted by the Privacy Policy; and take other proportionate action. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary for safety, security, law, policy enforcement, or Service integrity. We are not required to host or restore any specific content.

Changes, availability, and suspension

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service and may update limits, features, and plan availability. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable, but urgent security, legal, or abuse-prevention changes may take effect immediately.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or operational reasons. Where practicable, we may give you an opportunity to correct a violation, export content, or appeal, but we are not required to do so where continued access may create risk or liability.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, PERMANENT, OR SUITABLE FOR CONFIDENTIAL OR REGULATED INFORMATION.

GPT2LINK DOES NOT REVIEW OR CONTROL ALL USER CONTENT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER-HOSTED PAGES, THEIR CODE, CLAIMS, SECURITY, DATA COLLECTION, DOWNLOADS, OR THIRD-PARTY DESTINATIONS. YOU ACCESS AND INTERACT WITH USER CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS A WARRANTY, REMEDY, OR OTHER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPT2LINK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR USER CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US$100 OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY.

THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER MATTERS TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service for a business or organization, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPT2Link and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of any protection or right to bring a claim in another forum that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws applicable to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice reasonably appropriate to the Service. Where permitted by law, your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms means that you accept them. We may require fresh acceptance when legally or operationally appropriate. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights for a dispute that arose before the updated Terms took effect unless applicable law permits it.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or operation of law.

These Terms and the policies and offer terms incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service, except for any separate written agreement. Section headings are for convenience only. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and general terms—will survive.

We may provide notices electronically through the Service, your account, or the email address associated with your account.
